Our People
Meet the team at Waikirikiri. Our members are committed to the lands, the livestock, and a shared responsibility to the future of ecological agriculture.
The Hands Behind the Land
Liam O'Connor
Farm Manager
Liam has managed Waikirikiri Farm for over eight years. Dedicated to soil biology and grass rotation, he balances stocking rates with paddock growth patterns to keep the lands fertile and soil erosion minimized.
Sarah Jenkins
Herd Health Lead
Sarah is passionate about low-stress cattle handling. With her background in veterinary science, she monitors nutrition and health profiles, ensuring our cows live calm, free-ranging, and stress-free lives.
Tama te Huki
Riparian & Soil Coordinator
Tama coordinates our native planting and riparian restoration. He tracks soil carbon, manages weed controls organically, and oversees the expansion of our tree lanes, inviting local birds back to the farm.
Life on the Farm
The everyday moments that make Waikirikiri a community, not just a workplace. Real photos of the team in action will live here.
